Junior Fundamentals - Level 1
This co-ed program introduces juniors to golf in a fun and engaging way. The focus is on building excitement for the game while developing fundamental skills in putting, chipping, and full swings. Through active movement and hands-on practice, juniors will start building confidence and consistency in their golf game.
This program focuses on:
-
Developing a Love for the Game. Nothing can be learned until a student shows interest in the subject. Golf is no different.
-
Creating Balance. The key to a sound golf swing is balance. Students will explore different techniques on how to maintain balance during a golf swing. Proper balance is a key differentiator between students in Junior Essentials I and Junior Essentials II.
-
Functional Movement. The best athletes make the best golfers. We use functional movement exercises to increase student’s athleticism and hand eye coordination. Students will become better all around athletes by taking this golf class.
-
Learning the Swing. Students will explore how the golf club rotates around the body to produce a strong and steady swing from start to finish. Equipped with the proper grip, alignment, and understanding of the swing, junior golfers are now ready to make solid contact with the ball.
Beginner-friendly and repeatable (many juniors take it multiple times).
